Antonietta Collins
Antonietta Toni Gonzalez Collins (born in Mexico) is an Mexican American journalist. She works as an ESPN anchor for news and also hosts SportsNation at times. She joined ESPN in 2016. joined ESPN. She is the daughter television journalist Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta is a native bilingual. Since she was nine years old, Collins's capacity to converse in two languages helped her get the job she wanted in Miami as an assistant production at Univision. In the course of a few months, her father separated from her mother and she later remarried in the year 1995 to a naval architect named Fabio Fajardo. Fabio Fajardo died of kidney cancer in 2006. While on a trip with the family in Ohio, the young Collins took a place along with her sister. Antonietta was the senior of her high school however, she was very aware of her career goals. She visited Mount Union University in order to determine if they suited her. It was a beautiful campus and provided the education she was looking for. Her high school graduation was in the spring of 2004 and began studying media at the college. Her relationship lasted for a while with her professor Mark Bergmann who was the manager of WRMU 91.1 FM of which she was a part. He encouraged her to have confidence and his enthusiasm for journalism deeply affected her. She, in turn, strived to meet his expectations and never fail him.
